Our cleaning solutions are Green and most carpets are dry before I leave your home!
What does that mean to you? We use Procyon. It has no VOC’s (volitile organic compounds). Voc’s are harmful for your health. Procyon has been certified by greenseal and has received the CRI seal of approval.
Did you know as of 2008 all carpets made by Shaw, Mohawk and Beaulleu must be cleaned by companies using an approved Truckmount and approved cleaning solutions or your warranty is void. Procyon is our cleaning solution and it received the seal of approval. We use an Aero Tech 600XT and that has also received the CRI seal of approval. We took it one step further and became a CRI service provider. That means the CRI checked us out and approved us.
Why do so many retailers refer us? Because we take real good care of their customers. Checkbook Magazine gave us a 100% rating for Neatness of work and doing it right the first time. Only three other companies in the entire Chicago land area received a perfect rating in those categories. The average rating for doing it right the first time was only 73%, that means the average cleaning company only does three out of four jobs right the first time. That’s sad. Most carpets are dry before I leave. We have made the investment in the best carpet cleaning equipment made. I will pull up to your home in a box truck equipped with anything I may need to complete the job right. My equipment has a huge blower which allows me to get your carpet drier than anyone else. I am an IICRC Certified Master Cleaner, one of only about 30 in the state of Illinois. We are an IICRC certified firm. Being a certified firm means I need to complete continuing education credits every year to keep up with the changes in the industry. They also check to make sure our insurance is up to date and we have a business license.
When I enter your home, I will place moving blankets on the floor so I can protect the floor from possible scratches or drips of water. After the blankets are down I will start with a detergent free pre-conditioner. This loosens up the soil. The next step is to rinse out the pre conditioner. In this step we use purified water.
