Most companies you call to have your carpets cleaned will either tell you they do some form of low moisture to clean the carpet or they will tell you they will steam clean it. I have been doing this for 22 years and spend a lot of time going to school to refine my skills. Depending on the fiber type and the weave, I will make a determination of which method will be best for your carpet.
